Support Packages

Base Plan/10 hours

$499

Includes:  

  • Monthly Practice Performance Dashboard
  • Insurance Denial Tracking & Resolution Coaching
  • Front Office Task Audit & Optimization
  • Aged A/R Monitoring (60+ Days)
  • Self-Pay Conversion Strategy Support
  • Weekly productivity report outlining hours and deliverables

Plus Plan/ 25 hours

Includes all Base Plan services plus:

  • Credentialing Guidance (general support; execution billed separately)
  • Coding/Documentation Reviews
  • Monthly Leadership Call with Client Team

Additional Hours:

  • $55/hour (Base Plan)

  • Fee Schedule Review
  • Payer Mix Analysis
  • Credentialing & Re-Credentialing Execution (up to 5 contracts)
